 Salient Features of Fully Automatic Guillotines
1. Programme -The Storage capacity of the programme is 99 programmes and one programme capacity is 99 cuts in this machine. The accuracy of the programme is 0.01 mm 0.001 inch. Conversion from mm to inch fraction is also possible.

13. Indication Light-A Beam of light falls across the Knife width, on the paper to be cut without lowering the clamp. This ensures proper cutting.
14. Paper Cutters :- Knife Changing Device: The knife can be changed easily by lift system and safely by a single operator.
15. Photo Electric Safety Guard A set of infra red light beams are projected in front of the cutting zone just above the table to avoid an accident. It gives full protection to the operator.
16. Centrally located greasing points for the total machine. Operation with easy maintenance. Omitting of greasing points can no longer occur.

Paper Cutters CNC System Computerized  Cutting Machine
User Friendly Operation
Job programming can be performed through wide touch screen display. Simple icon based operation lets you to operate the machine without difficulty
1. A powerful microprocessor based customized CNC system with double display (LED and Alphanumeric LCD) will be provided in the machine for positioning of back gauge and cut side.
2. Machine will be capable of easy programming.
3. The system will have a self diagnostic facility to detect system faults.
4. Numerical key board will be provided for entry of programme in Paper Cutting Machines
5. Insert and Delete keys will be provided for correcting the programme.
6. Programes will be stored in non-volatile RAM's to eliminate problems due to power failure and battery drain outs.
7. Inch/mm selection on key board will be provided.
8. Side correction features will be provided.
9. Memory protection key for minimum 10 years memory back up will be provided.
10. Feather touch sealed membrane keyboard with key beeper will be provided.
11. Cut and programme facility will be provided.

Back gauge
The back gauge is precisely positioned by two forward
Speeds for maximum cutting accuracy. If a shift in
cut position is required in the middle of a cutting sequence,
 the fine-adjust knob and the low speed forward button can compensate quickly. The clamping pressure is  adjustable.
 

Two button cutting cycle switch
 

1. It will be possible on the Paper Cutting Machinemachine to make cut only when both the cutting buttons are pressed simultaneously. If either one or both the buttons are released, the machine will stop immediately. This ensures 100% safety to the operator.
Photo electric safety guard
The photo electric safety guard will be provided in the machine for safety purposes of the operators. The photo electric safety circuits will incorporate a self test system.  If anything obstructs the light beams the knife will stop immediately.
 Double stroke prevention
The machine will be provided with unique safety device to prevent double knife strokes i.e. pressing of both cutting buttons continuously will not allow the knife to come down until and unless these buttons are release and pressed again.
Preventing from Mishandling.
The machine will be provided with a key switch on removal of key from the switch the machine will stop immediately. In case of power failure a positive brake system will be provided to ensure that the knife stops instantaneously if in motion.
Simple & safe knife change, knife guides provided with the machine, helps removing of the knife easily avoiding any danger to the operator & provision of positive braking system forces operator to switch off the mains supply while process is carried out, avoiding any chances of accidents.
 

Electro-magnetic clutch 
Electro-magnetic clutch,  requiring little maintenance. Oil leakage as with hydraulic clutches cannot occur
 

 Control Panel
All Functions of the machine will be controlled through a centralized electrical control panel.
Lubrication System
The machine will be lubricated with the help of suitable centralized oil pump. All parts of the machine are thus lubricated. Built-in central lubrication system makes possible fast and simple maintenance for all areas of the cutter. Knife and clamp drive mechanism runs in an oil bath, reducing friction and the frequency of oil changes

Paper Cutting Machine Safety
Cut release by a two-hand safety engagement. The downward movement of the knife is immediately stopped when one of the buttons is released. The new self-control safety light barrier operates fully-electronically and is maintenance-free. It is constantly active and subject to a check before each cut. The mechanical safety bolt is an additional feature against double cycling of the knife. All machine functions are permanently monitored. Mal-functions are described on the display. Unacceptable deviations are detected by encoder and limit switches. The machine will be disconnected immediately.
Self-diagnostic safety circuit maximizes operator safety. When any parts which relate operator safety have problem, the safety circuit stops the cutter operation immediately.
